Why Creative Communities?

Because it works; it really does!

Why?

You may like what we show you in other areas, you may have a need we can fill, a problem we can solve; but what about us, makes us special?

Simply put “We are what we advocate.” We are and appreciate:

Leaders: We work with leaders; we are leaders; we develop leaders

Unique, innovative: Our programs empower communities to develop new, totally different programs. (Check out list list of some of the innovations our programs we have developed)

Empowering: Everything we do focuses the community on the needs of the community and empowering that community’s members to meet those needs.

Joyful: How rarely do we hear that word used in our schools, agencies, businesses and communities today?  Joy develops from human needs, desires, common sense and intuition guided by appropriate structure and order. The Greek word for that perfect balance in human endeavors is “ecstasy.”

Our “Triple Threat”: Our programs are effective because of three things. They are timely, important and enjoyable or fulfilling. Mark Twain once said that the way to make a good speech was to make it either important, funny or short and it was a darn sight better if it was all three! We believe the same formula works with human projects. They all need to be important, timely and fulfilling.

Synergetic: Compromise is NOT the best solution for a problem; it leaves no one happy. We help the community to move past compromise to the discovery of new solutions in which they accomplish things they never imagined possible. See what makes us First and Unique

Experienced: We have been doing these programs for over forty years. As teachers, business owners, partners in Human Service efforts and as consultants to schools, agencies and government. When problems come up we invariably have found solutions. Check out our Past and Current Programs

Follow up: We are there for you, nurturing the project to the end. We have the resources, experience, the people skills, and the flexibility to seek more resources or solutions to problems when they are needed. Our motto here is “No vinyl trophies!” meaning that we are not in business to publish multiple copies of good intentions that are housed in a binder attracting dust on a shelf.

Hard working: We are passionate about what we do. We have the time, the energy and the will to meet the deadlines, stay up late and be on call. Use us!
